Kalonji and Crispy Chana and Roasted Onion and Chilli Chutney on James Martin&#8217;s Saturday Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 6 x lamb chops.<\/p>\n<p>For the Marinade: 2 tsp ginger paste, \u00bd tsp green chilli paste, \u00bd tsp freshly ground black pepper, \u00bd tsp salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, \u00bd tsp ground turmeric, \u00bd tsp garam masala, \u00bd tsp cumin seeds and 3 tbsp natural (plain) yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p>For the Punjabi panzanella, kalonji and crispy chana: Handful of stale bread (naan, ciabatta, sourdough or, if you only have sliced, that\u2019s Ok too), Olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 medium red onion, finely sliced, Sea salt (kosher salt), 2 tbsp sherry vinegar, 300g tomatoes \u2013 the ripest you can find, 1 tsp chaat masala, \u00bd tsp nigella seeds (kalonji) and A little fresh coriander (cilantro).<\/p>\n<p>For the Crispy Chana: 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), \u00bd tsp salt, \u00bd tsp chili powder and 1 tsp garam masala.<\/p>\n<p>For the Roasted Onion and Chilli Chutney: 1 large onion, roughly cut into large chunks, 4 fat garlic cloves, 3 ripe small tomatoes, halved, 1 red (bell) pepper, cut into eighths, seeds removed, Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped, 3 green finger chillies, 5 tbsp rapeseed (canola) oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black cumin seeds, \u00bd small bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro) and Juice of 1
