margin:0px !important;\" \/>.)<\/p>\n<p>Today he cooks a delicious spiced lamb with tzatziki that is ideal for the summer.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 800g-1kg leg of lamb, bones, 1 lemon halved and 1 head of garlic, split in half.<\/p>\n<p>For the marinade: 2 onions, peeled and roughly chopped, 3 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped, 1 small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, 1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves, I tablespoon chilli powder, 2 tablespoons ground cumin, 2 tablespoons ground turmeric, 2 tablespoons sweet paprika, 30g sea salt, 100ml olive oil, Juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1 lemon halved, 1 head of garlic, split in half, Salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>For the tzatziki: 1 cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways, deseeded and diced, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed, 200g thick Greek yoghurt, 75ml extra virgin olive oil, 20 fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped and Sea salt.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, blitz all the marinade ingredients in a food processor until you achieve a fine paste.<br \/>\nSeason with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Rub the paste all over the lamb, making sure to really work it into the flesh, then place the lamb in a roasting tin and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.<\/p>\n<p>When you\u2019re ready to cook the lamb, preheat the oven to 200\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Season the lamb with a little more salt and pepper, then roast in the oven for 1 hour, until golden brown all over.<\/p>\n<p>Place the lemon halves and the split head of garlic in the roasting tray with the lamb, for additional flavour.<br \/>\nFor the tzatziki, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.<\/p>\n<p>When the lamb is cooked, remove it from the oven and leave it to rest, covered in foil, for 15 minutes before carving, and squeeze.  <\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/luke.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/luke.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"luke\" width=\"570\" height=\"324\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16567\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/luke.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/luke-300x170.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/gp\/product\/0718178866\/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il?ie=UTF8&#038;camp=1634&#038;creative=6738&#038;creativeASIN=0718178866&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;tag=thetalentzone-21\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/ws-eu.amazon-adsystem.com\/widgets\/q?_encoding=UTF8&#038;ASIN=0718178866&#038;Format=_SL250_&#038;ID=AsinImage&#038;MarketPlace=GB&#038;ServiceVersion=20070822&#038;WS=1&#038;tag=thetalentzone-21\" ><\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ir-uk.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=thetalentzone-21&#038;l=as2&#038;o=2&#038;a=0718178866\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" style=\"border:none !important;
