feta crostini) on Steph&#8217;s Packed Lunch.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the Korean-inspired garlic bread are: 1 large baguette, 75g grated mozzarella, 2 spring onions, finely chopped, to garnish and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, to garnish.<\/p>\n<p>For the gochujang sauce: 1 tbsp gochujang, \u00bd tbsp honey and 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar. <\/p>\n<p>For the garlic butter:  6 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 115g unsalted butter, at room temperature, 90g cream cheese, 1 tbsp gochujang, \u00bc tsp chilli flakes and \u00bc tsp fine sea salt.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients for the roasted grape, honey &#038;
