If you don\u2019t have a spiralizer to make the courgette spaghetti, use a peeler to make ribbons of courgette instead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 2 tbsp ghee or butter, 2 onions, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 dried bay leaves, \u00bc tsp mixed spice, 2 tsp dried oregano, 400g beef mince, 100g chicken livers, trimmed and chopped, 250ml red wine, 14 large tomatoes, roughly chopped, or 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes or 800g tomato passata, 2 tsp tomato pur\u00e9e, 200ml bone broth or water, 2 large carrots, finely grated, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 large handful fresh parsley, finely chopped, 4 large courgettes, knob of butter, extra virgin olive oil and 100g parmesan, grated, to serve.<\/p>\n<p>About the Pizza they say: &#8220;The power in this gluten-free pizza comes from the protein-rich almonds, egg white and buckwheat, while the \u2018flower\u2019 comes from the cauliflower used to make the pizza base.
