{"id":16307,"date":"2014-06-24T09:56:27","date_gmt":"2014-06-24T08:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=16307"},"modified":"2014-06-24T12:11:55","modified_gmt":"2014-06-24T11:11:55","slug":"sally-bee-easy-salmon-parcels-with-cherry-tomatoes-recipe-on-lorraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/16307\/sally-bee-easy-salmon-parcels-with-cherry-tomatoes-recipe-on-lorraine\/","title":{"rendered":"Sally Bee easy salmon parcels with cherry tomatoes recipe on Lorraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sally Bee cooks  easy to make salmon parcel with cherry tomatoes on today\u2019s episode of Lorraine.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1 salmon fillet, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp dried oregano, 10 French green beans and Black Pepper.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, take a large, thick foil sheet and double over to strengthen.<\/p>\n<p>Make into a parcel shape using your fist as a mould.<\/p>\n<p>Place the salmon fillet and all the other ingredients in a little pile in the middle<\/p>\n<p>Add the honey and soy sauce last of all.<\/p>\n<p>Seal the parcel up, ensuring there is a little steaming room inside.
