chocolate avocado mousse with coconut milk and stem ginger on The Hairy Bikers Go Local.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 2 ripe avocados, peeled, stones removed and roughly mashed, 1 piece stem ginger, roughly chopped, \u00bd lime, grated zest and juice, 100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces, 50g honey (or syrup from the stem ginger), 100ml reduced-fat coconut milk, 30g cocoa powder, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, \u00bc tsp ground allspice and \u00bc tsp cayenne pepper.<\/p>\n<p>To serve (optional): 1 piece stem ginger, finely sliced.<\/p>\n<p><a
