tbsp caster sugar and 1 free-range egg, beaten.<\/p>\n<p>For the white chocolate filling: 200g good-quality white chocolate, broken into squares and 100ml double cream.<\/p>\n<p>For the milk or dark chocolate filling: 200g good-quality milk or dark chocolate, broken into squares and 150ml double cream.<\/p>\n<p>For the topping: 50g good-quality white chocolate, broken into squares.<\/p>\n<p>For the marzipan balls: 150g good-quality milk chocolate, 25g butter, 125ml double cream, 1 tbsp caster sugar, 1 tbsp amaretto liqueur, pinch sea salt and 210g marzipan.<\/p>\n<p><script async
