{"id":15796,"date":"2014-06-06T10:56:00","date_gmt":"2014-06-06T09:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=15796"},"modified":"2014-06-06T12:14:50","modified_gmt":"2014-06-06T11:14:50","slug":"james-tanner-blueberry-and-cookies-n-cream-cheesecake-on-lorraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/15796\/james-tanner-blueberry-and-cookies-n-cream-cheesecake-on-lorraine\/","title":{"rendered":"James Tanner Blueberry and cookies n&#8217; cream cheesecake on Lorraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>James Tanner makes a delicious looking blueberry and cookies n&#8217; cream cheesecake on Lorraine that is ideal for a summer treat.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 70g butter, 200g Oreo (chocolate and cream) cookies, 500g cream cheese, 397g tin of condensed milk, 1 vanilla pod, just seeds, 3 free range eggs, 150g blueberries and Grated chocolate to decorate (optional).<\/p>\n<p>For the blueberry sauce: 100g blueberries, Zest and juice half a lime, 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp caster sugar.<\/p>\n<p>To make the sauce, take a medium size saucepan and simply add all ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer,. Cook for around 8 minutes on a medium heat until the berries just pop, stir, cool and serve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bluberrycheesecake.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bluberrycheesecake.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"blueberry cheesec ake\" width=\"570\" height=\"262\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15798\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bluberrycheesecake.png 570w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bluberrycheesecake-300x137.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To make the cheesecake, melt the butter and add to the Oreo crumbs until they are coated and start to stick together. Spoon into a greased and lined 23cm loose-bottomed cake tin and press the mix evenly over the tin base. Leave in fridge to set.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 160C\/gas3 and in a bowl or mixer whisk the soft cheese until smooth then add the condensed milk, vanilla seeds, and egg.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the filling over the biscuit base and sprinkle the blueberries over the top and bake for 1 hour or until set.
