Both of these ingredients remind me of when I lived in Cyprus and I used to pull figs straight from the tree.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 6-8 figs, quartered, 1\/2 pack halloumi cheese, Handful fresh coriander, chopped, 10g capers, 1 chicory, pulled apart ans washed, 3-4 tomatoes, quartered and handful fresh chopped mint leaves.<\/p>\n<p>For the dressing: 1 lemon, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and salt and pepper, to season.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the dish, put the figs, coriander, capers, chicory leaves, tomatoes and mint leaves in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>In a jam jar, combine the dressing ingredients, place lid on and shake well to emulsify the vinaigrette.
