and a sesame soy, lemon and coriander dressing on Jeremy Pang\u2019s Asian Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 20 large prawns, peeled and deveined, \u00bd stick of stale French baguette, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 spring onion, finely chopped, \u00bd bunch of coriander, finely chopped and 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.<\/p>\n<p>To finish: Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon cornflour.<\/p>\n<p>To serve: sweet hoisin sauce and a sesame soy, lemon and coriander dressing. <\/p>\n<p><a
