She is joint head chef of three Michelin starred restaurant Arzak alongside her father, Juan Mari Arzak, and was named best Female Chef in the World in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Elena says: \u201cThis recipe will take some organising (prawns are steamed through \u2018apple vapour\u2019 pushed through a home espresso machine).
