Don&#8217;t be tempted to skip the anchovies &#8211; they impart a wonderful savoury flavour to the lamb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jack Stein cooks Cornish chilli crab that is a variant of Singapore chilli crab that is much less sweet. He says about his dish:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is fresh crab dressed with a sticky, slightly spicy sauce.
