pasta, basil, sun-blush tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and burrata cheese on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 200g trofie pasta (or alternatively spaghetti or penne works well), 100g basil, 25g rocket, 2 large cloves garlic, crushed, 25g finely grated parmesan, 50g pine nuts, 50ml olive oil, Salt to taste , 100g burrata or stracciatella and 80g sun dried tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh basil to
