pinch of white pepper, chilli flakes and garlic powder.<\/p>\n<p>For the batter: self-raising flour, tsp baking powder, Korean Gochujang chilli with fermented soya beans paste, sparkling water and a drop of vodka.<\/p>\n<p>For the pineapple fried rice: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, garlic, spring onions, frozen peas, pinch garlic powder, onion granules, 1 egg, pineapple, pre-cooked chilled rice, light
