\nPromise This is the first single by Cheryl Cole<\/em>, from her second album titled \u201cMessy Little Raindrops\u201d. The single will be released in the UK on 24th October a week before the album.
\nThe upbeat dance track got its first air play on DJ Chris Moyles’ show on Radio 1 and Chris Evans’ slot on Radio 2. Fans immediately took to Twitter to praise the new track.
\nThe song was written by UK-born producer Wayne Wilkins who has previously written hits for Natasha Bedingfield, Pink, Kylie Minogue and has upcoming singles coming out with Leona Lewis.
\nThe promo was directed by Sophie Muller, who has worked with Beyonce, Coldplay, Gwen Stefani and Kings Of Leon to name a few.<\/p>\n

Cheryl\u2019s second single from the album is reportedly titled “The Flood” and it is a ballad with a Christmassy tear-jerker about wreckage, drowning and natural disaster. That will lift the spirits at Christmas.<\/p>\n
