Phil Vickery served up tasty spiced salmon with new potatoes(Jersey Royals) and mayonnaise for Good Friday on This Morning.<\/p>\n

The ingredients are: 1 x side of salmon or 2 x 500g middle fillets of salmon, on the skin but scaled, no pin bones, 1 tbsp dried garlic granules, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground pepper, 1 tbsp soft brown sugar, 1 tsp ground cumin and 2 tsp smoked paprika.<\/p>\n

For the Russian salad: 1x 750g mixed frozen vegetables and mayonnaise <\/p>\n

For the mayo: 8-10 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 heaped tbsp of basil, chives, coriander, parsley, Ground pepper, White wine vinegar. <\/p>\n

For the potatoes: 750g cooked new potatoes (Jersey Royals) cooked and left under cling film in the colander to cool.<\/p>\n
