{"id":142132,"date":"2021-02-22T13:03:58","date_gmt":"2021-02-22T12:03:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=142132"},"modified":"2021-02-22T13:06:12","modified_gmt":"2021-02-22T12:06:12","slug":"james-martin-sausage-supper-with-haricot-beans-and-leeks-recipe-on-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/142132\/james-martin-sausage-supper-with-haricot-beans-and-leeks-recipe-on-this-morning\/","title":{"rendered":"James Martin sausage supper with haricot beans and leeks recipe on This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>James Martin served up a tasty sausage supper with haricot beans, leeks, roasted garlic, sherry vinegar and crispy deep fried sage on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 50g butter, 1 tbsp veg oil and 6 toulouse sausages.<\/p>\n<p>For the cassoulet: 200ml stock or jus , 1 shallot, peeled and diced, 1 carrot peeled and diced, 1 stick celery diced, 1 leek, diced , Few sprigs of rosemary, 300g jar of haricot beans, drained, 2 cloves garlic (roasted whole in the oven until soft and then the cloves removed) , 1 glass white wine, 50ml double cream, Salt and pepper, Splash of sherry vinegar and 1 small bunch parsley, chopped.<\/p>\n<p>* Deep fried sage leaves to serve &#8211;
