delicious dessert that is ideal for the summer months, strawberry and clotted cream summer pudding. <\/p>\n<p>On his visit to the West Country on today\u2019s episode of James Martin\u2019s Food Map of Britain, James investigated why Devon&#8217;s milk is so creamy and why a small corner of Cornwall has started exporting tea to China.<\/p>\n<p>However, from his outdoor kitchen in the middle of a field, the master chef serves up individual summer puddings that were ready in less than 30 minutes with no overnight chilling required.<\/p>\n<p><a
