been feathered with white chocolate on the first episode of Mary Berry Cooks.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great cake for afternoon tea or a birthday party for the young as they love the sweetness of milk chocolate. <\/p>\n<p>Mary says about her bake: &#8220;Chocolate is a favourite for all ages and this chocolate tray bake with a milk chocolate topping and feathering too, goes down really well with children and adults.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To make her tray bake, Mary\u2019s used: 275g caster sugar, 3 eggs, 125ml milk,<br \/>\n175g self-raising flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3-4 tablespoons warmed and sieved apricot jam.<\/p>\n<p>For the icing she used: 100ml  double cream, 200g  milk chocolate for baking, finely chopped and 50g  white chocolate.<\/p>\n<p><a
