If I do that for the rest of my life I\u2019ll be very happy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After his jazzy performance of the song, Cheryl Cole told Paije that she was \u2018on the fence,\u2019 adding:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPart of me was like wow and the other half of me wouldn\u2019t let myself go, I don\u2019t know. I have to be honest and something didn\u2019t connect for me so I\u2019m gonna say no\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Simon Cowell added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m sorry Paije but I agree with Cheryl on this. I was thinking at times, I could be at a wedding right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Louis turned out to be the good guy on this one fighting Paije\u2019s corner. He left his seat and went back stage to ask page to return at the end of day with another song. He then begged Simon to give Paije another chance.<\/p>\n<p>Paije returned a few hours later and sang Man\u2019s World by James Brown. Cheryl Cole said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou definitely stepped it up. It was a much better performance and the crowd were really enjoying it. I\u2019m going to say yes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Simon Cowell added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook Paije, as I\u2019ve always said, you\u2019ve got a very good voice. You\u2019ve got great taste in music, definitely better than what we saw earlier.
