mountains of the north of the country to discover how Thailand&#8217;s multicultural history and its place at the heart of the spice trade has created a rich and varied cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>They also serve up an exotic looking coconut and sticky rice pudding with lime and papaya salad on the beach.<\/p>\n<p>Their ingredients includes: coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, limes, mint, papayas, palm
