{"id":13004,"date":"2014-02-14T16:09:58","date_gmt":"2014-02-14T15:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=13004"},"modified":"2014-02-14T16:09:58","modified_gmt":"2014-02-14T15:09:58","slug":"mexican-tortillas-with-salsa-by-dexter-fletcher-and-jamie-oliver-on-jamie-and-jimmys-friday-night-feast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/13004\/mexican-tortillas-with-salsa-by-dexter-fletcher-and-jamie-oliver-on-jamie-and-jimmys-friday-night-feast\/","title":{"rendered":"Mexican tortillas with salsa by Dexter Fletcher and Jamie Oliver  on Jamie and Jimmy\u2019s Friday Night Feast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Actor Dexter Fletcher joins Jamie and Jimmy in their pop-up cafe to make delicious Mexican tortillas with salsa on today\u2019s episode of Jamie and Jimmy\u2019s Friday Night Feast.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie says: \u201cShredded roast chicken and all the trimmings, stuffed into homemade tortillas with a drizzle of Mexican salsa \u2013 this epic taco recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To make the salsa you will need: 2 fresh red or green chillies, 500 g tomatillos, 2 spring onions, trimmed, 1 clove of garlic, peeled, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, \u00bd a bunch of fresh mint, leaves picked, \u00bd a bunch of fresh coriander and 1 splash of good-quality tequila.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare it, preheat a griddle pan over a high heat.
