It is a great way to make use of leftover cheeses during the Christmas period and has Jamie says, use cheese with pasta and you are onto a winner straight away.<\/p>\n<p>To make the pangritata for his oozy cheesy pasta dish, Jamie lightly toast two slices of white bread then peeled a clove of garlic and blitz in a food processor with the toasted bread, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, thyme and 5 shelled walnuts until fine.<\/p>\n<p>Using a preheated non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, he adds a drizzle of olive oil, then add the pangritata and fried for around 5 minutes until golden and crisp.<\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Jamie takes pasta with cheese to a whole new level with his oozy cheesy pasta with crispy pangritata on Jamie\u2019s Festive Feast.
