He adds flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into the bowl and whisk until smooth and fluffy.<\/p>\n<p>he folds in the fruit mixture, nuts and zest and spoon into a loose bottomed tin and baked in the oven at 160c for 1 hour until the cake is baked.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/lastminutecake.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/lastminutecake.png\" alt=\"last minute Christmas cake\" title=\"last minute Christmas cake\" width=\"590\" height=\"298\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11751\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/lastminutecake.png 590w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/lastminutecake-300x151.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gino finishes by heating some whisky and jam together, then arranged fruit and nuts over the top of the cake once it has been left to cool.
