{"id":117097,"date":"2017-05-25T18:19:10","date_gmt":"2017-05-25T17:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=117097"},"modified":"2017-05-25T18:21:37","modified_gmt":"2017-05-25T17:21:37","slug":"nigel-barden-pork-vindaloo-recipe-on-radio-2-drivetime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/117097\/nigel-barden-pork-vindaloo-recipe-on-radio-2-drivetime\/","title":{"rendered":"Nigel Barden Pork Vindaloo recipe on Radio 2 Drivetime"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nigel Barden served up pork vindaloo on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon Mayo.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 1kg pork, preferably from the neck, diced into 2.5cm cubes, 4 tbsp veg oil, 4 onions, finely sliced and 2 green chillies, slit lengthways.<\/p>\n<p>For the spice paste: 10-12 dried whole Kashmiri chillies, broken, stalks and seeds removed, \u00bd tsp black peppercorns, 2.5cm piece of cinnamon stick, 6 cloves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, \u00bd tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste (20g each of fresh ginger and garlic, peeled and chopped; 35ml water.
