Here are some of the stunning plates from his amazing recipes he delivered\u00a0 on the way to the Masterchef professional crown.<\/p>\n<p>[imagebrowser id=41]<\/p>\n<p>After the young head chef was announced as the winner of the coveted title by judges Michel Roux Jr, Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace chose, Steven said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt feels so surreal; I don\u2019t know what to say, apart from thank you!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m exceptionally happy, I can\u2019t believe it, this is what dreams are made of isn\u2019t it! I don\u2019t know how to describe how I\u2019m feeling, it means so much.
