He then transfers the contents of the pan to an oven dish.<\/p>\n<p>Next, he places a bowl over a pan of simmering water and adds plain chocolate and cream to the bowl and left to melt for 15 minutes without stirring.<\/p>\n<p>He then adds cranberries, cherries and ginger to the oats and stirred.<\/p>\n<p>When the chocolate has fully melted, he gave it a stir and then poured over the oat and fruit.
