{"id":11552,"date":"2013-12-10T19:26:59","date_gmt":"2013-12-10T18:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=11552"},"modified":"2013-12-10T19:26:59","modified_gmt":"2013-12-10T18:26:59","slug":"christmas-kitchen-with-james-martin-turkey-saltimbocca-by-bryan-turner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/11552\/christmas-kitchen-with-james-martin-turkey-saltimbocca-by-bryan-turner\/","title":{"rendered":"Christmas Kitchen with James Martin:  Turkey Saltimbocca by Bryan Turner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Resident chef Brian Turner proves that turkeys are not just for Christmas but for all year round when he serves up a tasty turkey dish in Christmas Kitchen with James Martin.<\/p>\n<p>Today as part of his turkey challenge, Brian gives turkey breast the Italian treatment using prosciutto to flavour and a white wine sauce to make the dish nicely succulent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/turkeyandbecan.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/turkeyandbecan.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"turkey and becan\" width=\"590\" height=\"306\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11553\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/turkeyandbecan.png 590w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/turkeyandbecan-300x155.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To make his turkey saltimbocca, Brian place pieces of turkey medallion between sheets of cling film and used a rolling pin to flatten them.<\/p>\n<p>Once flattened he lays a sage leaf and a slice of prosciutto on each piece of turkey and secured in place with cocktail sticks.<\/p>\n<p>He then heats some olive oil in a pan and adds 25 of butter.
