{"id":113415,"date":"2017-01-18T12:24:14","date_gmt":"2017-01-18T11:24:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=113415"},"modified":"2017-01-18T15:42:26","modified_gmt":"2017-01-18T14:42:26","slug":"dean-edwards-roasted-tomato-and-basil-soup-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/113415\/dean-edwards-roasted-tomato-and-basil-soup-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Dean Edwards roasted tomato and basil soup recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How to make Dean Edwards roasted tomato and basil soup seen on today&#8217;s episode of Lorraine.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 6 ripe tomatoes, halved, 200g baby plum tomatoes, halved, 2 carrots, diced, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, roughly diced, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 800ml vegetable stock, Small bunch fresh basil and 1 heaped tbsp Greek natural yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/roasted-pepper-soup.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/roasted-pepper-soup.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"roasted pepper soup\" width=\"500\" height=\"286\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-113410\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To make the soup, place the tomatoes and carrot onto a baking tray, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper then roast for 30 minutes in an oven set at 180c \/ gas mark 4<\/p>\n<p>Sweat the onion and garlic for 5 minutes then pour in the stock and the roasted tomatoes and carrots from the oven.
