{"id":112449,"date":"2016-12-13T11:28:14","date_gmt":"2016-12-13T10:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=112449"},"modified":"2016-12-13T11:31:27","modified_gmt":"2016-12-13T10:31:27","slug":"matt-tebbutts-lamb-tagine-recipe-on-christmas-kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/112449\/matt-tebbutts-lamb-tagine-recipe-on-christmas-kitchen\/","title":{"rendered":"Matt Tebbutt&#8217;s lamb tagine recipe on Christmas Kitchen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Matt Tebbutt served up a delicious festive lamb tagine on Christmas Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Matt says: &#8220;Don&#8217;t be put off by the long list of ingredients, tagine&#8217;s are very easy and great to make-ahead if you have guests over for Christmas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: olive oil, for frying, 1kg lamb shoulder, diced, 2 onions, cut into thick semicircles, 6\u20138 garlic cloves, peeled and left whole, 2 small aubergines, diced, pinch saffron, 2 tsp coriander seeds, crushed, 2 tsp cumin seeds, crushed, few cardamom pods, few black peppercorns, pinch turmeric, 300ml dry white wine, 1 tbsp tomato pur\u00e9e, 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained, large handful dried apricots, cut in half, 500ml lamb or chicken stock, 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint and 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander.<\/p>\n<p>To serve: 250g couscous, pinch of saffron, 300ml hot chicken stock, 100g flaked almonds, toasted, 100g raisins, soaked in water, 4 tbsp olive oil and 4 tbsp mixed chopped herbs, such as mint, coriander and parsley.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/lamb-tagine.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/lamb-tagine.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"lamb tagine\" width=\"500\" height=\"329\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-112452\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/lamb-tagine.png 500w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/lamb-tagine-300x197.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-0466605792016836\";\n\/* food and drink *\/\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3648486817\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\n\/\/-->\n<\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Matt Tebbutt served up a delicious festive lamb tagine on Christmas Kitchen.
