Rachel is a well know Irish chef, writer and presenter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/rachelallen.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/rachelallen.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"rachel allen\" width=\"590\" height=\"314\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11007\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/rachelallen.png 590w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/rachelallen-300x159.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rachel takes over the master baker\u2019s kitchen to make her own children&#8217;s favourite raspberry and coconut pudding.<\/p>\n<p>To make her pudding Rachael melts butter in a pan on the hub, and while it is melting spreads raspberry jam to cover the bottom of the baking tray.<\/p>\n<p>She then mixes flour, sugar, baking powder and coconut in a bowl. In a separate bowl, she whisk eggs, vanilla extract and milk together, then pours the mixture into the flour mix.<\/p>\n<p>She pours in the butter then mixed the content of the bowl. Once mixed she pours the mixture into the baking tray over the jam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/raspberrypud.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/raspberrypud.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"raspberry pud\" width=\"590\" height=\"310\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11008\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/raspberrypud.png 590w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/raspberrypud-300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The tray is then put into the oven for 35 to 40 minutes and at 180 degrees.
