Failing to deliver is costly because two will be on their way home after the judges &#8211; Michel Roux Jr and \u00a0Monica Galetti \u00a0&#8211; delivery their verdict on the chef&#8217;s efforts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Critics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The four remaining chefs that survives to this stage, must now showcase their skills to three of the UK&#8217;s toughest restaurant critics &#8211; Charles Campion, Tracey MacLeod and William Sitwell.
