At the age of eighteen he decided to attend culinary school and has never looked back.<\/p>\n<p>For his bread and butter putting Tom used is mother\u2019s recipe and gave it a modern twist. He starts by buttering ordinary sliced bread which he later cuts into triangles after sprinkling with nutmegs.<\/p>\n<p>He then makes his custard with eight eggs yolks, caster sugar and double cream. He pours the some of the custard in a baking tray then sprinkled with raisins. He then adds his first layer of bread, followed by more custard and raisins and then repeated the process.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/breadpudding.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/breadpudding.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"bread pudding\" width=\"590\" height=\"329\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10825\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/breadpudding.png 590w, http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/breadpudding-300x167.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After leaving it to set for 20 minutes, he bakes the pudding in the oven for 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the custard is set. It is then removed from the oven and sprinkled with demerara sugar.
