{"id":406,"date":"2010-05-18T13:35:28","date_gmt":"2010-05-18T12:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/?p=406"},"modified":"2011-05-06T17:46:49","modified_gmt":"2011-05-06T16:46:49","slug":"twist-and-pulse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/musictv\/bgt\/406\/twist-and-pulse\/","title":{"rendered":"Twist and Pulse BGT Audition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/thetalentzone.co.uk\/images\/uk\/bgt2010\/twistandpulse02.JPG\" alt=\"Twist and Pulse\" width=\"263\" height=\"311\" \/>Best friends Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy impressed the Britain\u2019s Got Talent judges and audience alike with their funny dance routine, which they nicknamed \u2018Streetomedy\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The 19-year-olds performed a high-energy routine to a backing track which contained hip-hop, the Cheeky Girls and the EastEnders theme before being greeted by a standing ovation.<\/p>\n<p>Twist and Pulse has revealed that they are both trained ballet dancers and incorporates innovative street-dancing moves into their training sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley and Glen told the Daily Star that they used to perform on the same dance circuit as former BGT contestants Diversity and Flawless. They said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are good friends with Diversity and with Flawless, who got to the final too.
