Kieran auditioned for last year\u2019s series of the show and made it past the audition stage but the judges decided not to put him through to the live semi-finals.<\/p>\n<p>This year Kieran returned with his mum and dad, not just to support him but to perform as a family band. With dad on the guitar and mum singing lead vocals, the three piece group delivered a rendition of the Motown hit, Do You Love Me. Unfortunately they left the judges unimpressed with their performance.  However, Amanda Holden was delighted to see Kieron back. She said:<br \/>\n\u201cI have never got so many texts from people telling me off for not putting you through. You were unbelievable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Simon took pity on Kieran and allowed him to return for a solo audition. With no backing track available or routine prepared it was a tough call for the 13 year old, but he managed to wowed the judges with his performance.<\/p>\n<p>Amanda Holden said: \u2018I am so proud of you! You played for your life there!\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Piers said: \u2018Last year we thought that we\u2019d made a mistake in not putting you through, you just proved that we did!\u2019<\/p>\n<p>And Simon Cowell said: \u201cI thought you were good last year, I thought you were fantastic this year.
