The 2005 American Idol runner-up Bo Bice released a new album this week titled, “3”. No prizes for guessing, yes, it just happens to be his third album.

 The press release describes the album as “soulful southern blues and rock, gospel-like choruses, Americana and a touch of country, the new album is much like Bice himself; irresistibly likeable, filled with easygoing charm and undeniable talent.”

Bo says of the album, “I feel the new CD is my strongest to date, filled with a plethora of sounds that show people who the real Bo Bice is. There’s something for everyone: country, soul, rock & roll…it’s like your favourite pair of jeans; it just feels right.”

Most of the songs on the album were written by Bo but he also collaborated with other artists on the writing of the rest. If you are a Bo Bice fan, you will know he his a brilliant Guitar player and on this album he does not disappoint. He plays both acoustic and electric guitars. Joining him are Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman and keyboardist A.J. Croce, son of legendary artist Jim Croce.
